## I built this to get myself through the CCAR-P, and it worked, I passed.

If the course gets you there too, drop me a hello. I would like to hear how your sitting went, and what can be improved.

## Frequently asked questions

### Which Claude certification exams does this site cover?

Three of the four: CCAR-P, CCAR-F, CCDV-F. Two are the architecture papers, Professional and Foundations, and the third is the Developer Foundations exam. Each has its own question bank, its own practice modes and its own progress. The Associate exam is described on the certifications page but has no practice bank here.

### Should I sit CCDV-F, CCAR-F or CCAR-P?

Pick by what you do rather than by which sounds harder, and nothing forces you to take them in order. CCDV-F is the developer paper: you write the code that calls Claude, so it tests the Messages API, the SDKs, tool use, caching, cost and what to do when a call fails. CCAR-F is the Foundations architecture paper, covering agent loops, tools, MCP and Claude Code configuration. CCAR-P is the Professional one, about designing and defending production systems on top of all that, and it costs more than either.

### Is any of this free?

All of it. Every question, every practice mode and the whole progress view are free with no account and no sign-up. There is no paid tier and nothing is held back.

### Where is my progress stored?

In your browser's local storage, per exam. Attempts, mistakes, bookmarks and coverage for each exam are kept apart, so revising for one never means wading past another's items. Clearing your browser data clears your history, and there is no way to recover it.

### Are these real exam questions?

No. Every question on this site is original, written against the published exam blueprints. Real exam content is confidential and sitting an exam commits you to keeping it that way, so no reputable practice set contains it.

### Is this site affiliated with Anthropic?

No. This is an independent, unofficial study resource with no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from Anthropic. For the official exam blueprints, booking and policies, go to Anthropic directly.

Free practice exams and study guides for 3 of Anthropic's Claude certifications: CCAR-P, CCAR-F and CCDV-F. A question bank cannot tell you how an exam is shaped, who is allowed to sit it, or where people lose marks. Those are written up separately.

- [The CCAR-P exam format: length, timing and how scoring works](https://claudearchitectguide.com/blog/exam-format-and-scoring): A CCAR-P form is 63 questions in 120 minutes, passed at 720 on a 100–1000 scale. What that scaled score means, and what the report shows you afterwards.
- [The CCAR-P blueprint: 7 domains, 38 objectives, and where the marks are](https://claudearchitectguide.com/blog/exam-blueprint-domains-and-objectives): The CCAR-P blueprint in full: all seven domains with their weights, what each asks of you in practice, and how to turn the weights into a revision plan.
- [Who can take the CCAR-P exam, what it costs, and how to register](https://claudearchitectguide.com/blog/who-can-take-it-and-what-it-costs): The CCAR-P exam costs $175 and is open only to people at Claude Partner Network organisations. A personal email will not register. Retakes and expiry too.
- [CCAR-F or CCAR-P? Choosing between the four Claude certifications](https://claudearchitectguide.com/blog/which-claude-certification): Anthropic runs four Claude certifications, $99 to $175. What each one covers, who it is for, and whether you need Foundations before Professional.
- [Is the Claude Certified Architect certification worth it?](https://claudearchitectguide.com/blog/is-the-claude-certification-worth-it): What the CCAR-P credential is actually worth, who it pays off for, and why the answer depends more on your employer than on you.
